Web booking

How it works:
  • Add your products to the cart

  • Validate the E-reservation (Web Reservation)

  • Fill in your coordinates + delivery location of choice (one of our stores that offers this option).

  • Payment for products is made at the selected store.

Kiabi reserves the possibility of suspending this function 10 days before and/or during the sales period. This service does not constitute a sale, but a simple reservation with no obligation to purchase.

Delivery to stores is free and there is no minimum purchase. This service is available in all Kiabi stores.

How to pick up the order:

The customer is informed by email as soon as the products arrive at the store they selected on the website.
The customer has 10 days to pick up their order and will only pay for what they really want to buy.
After these 10 days, if the customer has not picked up the order, the reserved products will no longer be available. He will be informed of this unavailability via email. Payment for reserved products and delivery will take place at the Kiabi store chosen by the customer at the time they made their reservation.

Price of the product:

The sales prices of the products are indicated in euros and applied when registering the customer's reservation. Prices include taxes (VAT) in force on the day of booking and any change in the rate will be reflected in the price of products sold by Kiabi on its website and at the time of checkout.
The sales price can be changed at any time by Kiabi. This change will be informed to the customer with notification of the arrival of the products at the store. However, in cases of promotion, the price of the items will be confirmed by the store on the day the order is collected and before payment for the reserved items.
