Dear Customer:
Products sent by can be returned within 15 days of receiving the order.
If, for any reason, an item is not to be delivered, please submit your refund request within 15 days of the most recent estimated delivery date. We are under no obligation to consider an order placed after 15 days from the delivery date or the last estimated arrival date.
You can cancel an order within 8 hours from the time it was placed (canceled on the same day).
You can exchange your product for in-store credit, a different product or receive a refund for the same form of payment you pay.
I note, however, as exceptions to our exchange and return policy:
Below are some examples of the most common exceptions:

• Discounted items are for final sale and exchanges or returns are not possible;
• Returned items must contain a label and be returned in the original packaging;
• Returned items must not have related signs of wear or tear.
Other cases:

If you receive a problematic item, not the size or color you ordered, or that is not reasonably consistent with a list of the item, you are entitled to a refund. We can request some evidence of the problem – usually just one or two photos.
-Never arrived – If you do not receive an item you ordered, you are entitled to a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of the most recent estimated delivery date. When items are late, but still in transit, a Wish can offer a partial refund to offset shipping costs or fees.
-Return of funds – after Ricogal approves a return or cancellation or withdrawal and (in certain cases) confirms the return of the item, Wish will refund the purchase price.

  • No case of returns due to customer withdrawal would have to pay for the return shipping of the product.
